This package contains 20 steaks (8 oz each), conveniently packaged in portions of two for easy storage in your fridge or freezer. Vacuum sealed for freshness. 

Storage / Cooking Instructions: 

• This product comes frozen - for tips on how to store & thaw safely, read our blog HERE.

• Cook steak to at least 145°F for safe consumption. 

• Cooking via Pan-Fry + Oven: Preheat the oven to 400°F. Season steaks with salt and pepper or your favourite steak spice. In a skillet, heat 2 teaspoons of olive oil on medium-high heat until almost smoking. Sear steaks one minute on each side. Finish in the oven for 4-6 minutes (medium-rare - adjust cooking time for preferred doneness)

• Cooking via BBQ: Heat your BBQ to medium-high. Lightly brush steaks with olive oil and season with salt and pepper or your favourite steak spice. Grill for 6-8 minutes on each side. (medium-rare - adjust cooking time for preferred doneness)
