Storage / Cooking Instructions:

• This product comes frozen. Keep stored in the freezer until ready to use to maintain peak freshness. Product can be thawed or cooked from frozen.

• To ensure quality and safety, heat gyro slices to an internal temperature of 165°F

• Cooking via Pan Fry: Place gyro slices on pre-heated pan. Spray a small amount of water over slices and allow the slices to heat for approximately 30 seconds before slipping. Continue heating for another 30 seconds.

• Cooking via Microwave: Heat desired amount of gyro strips on a microwave-safe plate for 45-60 seconds, stirring halfway if heating a larger portion.
