We recommend cooking the Spolumbos Burgers on a Barbecue and serving them on a toasted bun with all the condiments and toppings you enjoy, accompanied by a side of fries, for a delicious and easy meal. 

This package contains 35 Spolumbo Burgers (13 lbs). Each patty is roughly 6 oz. Sold for your convenience, patties are separated individually by wax paper before freezing.

Storage / Cooking Instructions

• This product comes frozen and should remain frozen until use, with storage of 6 months.

• Cook Patties to a temperature of 160°F for safe consumption.

• Oven Instructions: Preheat oven to 350°F. Place Patties on a prepared baking sheet and bake for 20-25 minutes or until thoroughly cooked.

• Barbecue Instructions: Preheat the grill to medium-high heat, around 375°F (190°C). Sear the patties on high heat, then reduce to medium-high and cook for about 15-20 minutes, turning occasionally.
